Lead Full-stack Developer

Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Full-Stack Developer who will serve as the sole on-site

technical resource during this phase. The role demands a strong blend of deep technical

expertise, sound architectural judgment, rapid execution capability, and a leadership-oriented

mindset to independently own and drive all development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will design, build, deploy, manage, and continuously improve our software

products while working closely with founders and business stakeholders under fast deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Ownership

• Own the complete software development lifecycle (architecture, development, testing,

deployment, and maintenance).

• Act as the technical adviser to management for all products and platforms.

• Define and maintain coding standards, best practices, and system documentation.

• Plan scalable system architecture aligned with business growth.

Full-Stack Development

• Develop and maintain web-based software products end-to-end.

• Build responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems.

• Design and manage databases and APIs.

• Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, and external APIs as required.Product Execution & Delivery

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions quickly and efficiently.

• Deliver features and fixes under tight timelines without compromising quality.

• Continuously optimize performance, security, and user experience.
