Lead Engineer

Description:

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Electrical Engineering)
Work Experience: 03 – 04 years (Experience of solar industry will be an edge)

What we’re looking for:

· Manage and lead O&M activities across Pakistan for Industrial, Commercial and Residential solar sites
· Monitor and ensure that O&M Technician’s performance meets maintenance and performance targets through regular evaluation
· Engage in effective communication with clients and stakeholders for smooth O&M activities
· Plan, schedule and allocation of team for daily O&M activities while maintaining work report
· Submit comprehensive and timely O&M reports, perform assigned tasks as directed by the reporting line manager, and travel to project sites and related locations as required
· Design and lead training programs so all team members are capable of succeeding in all tasks
