Lead Developer - Full Stack

Description:

ValuStrat is looking to hire a "Lead Developer - Full Stack" for our Karachi office.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implementation of the overall web architecture including frontend & backend management of a pool of websites
“Pixel-perfect” implementation of our approved user interface
Design and deployment of our database
Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
Design and construction of REST API
Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment
Produce code, designs and other outputs for high quality
Generate appropriate automated tests for code
Troubleshoot debug and identify bugs or performance issues
Work towards standardised development and CI/CD deployment processes
Website maintenance, security protocols, upgradation, migration
Operate collaboratively and support and contribute to reviews in a positively constructive manner
Bring your experience in discussions and pro-actively contributing towards project planning
Work collaboratively with the business stakeholders to build new features and internal solutions

Key Requirements:

3+ years of experience
Can create internal application, internal platforms for database management
Internal and client web portals for our applications
Experience with AMP, CDN and new concepts of website speed optimizations
Designed frontend and backend of websites
Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
Knowledge and experience of Agile principles and practices
Experienced with SDLC and project development
Experience with AWS API gateway
Understanding of Monitoring and Alerting (Metrics, tracing and logging)
Working closely with design to review UI and UX
