Lead Data Scientist

Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who can turn data into actionable insights and build scalable machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, hands-on experience with ML models, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
• Build, train, and deploy machine learning models
• Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements
• Develop data pipelines and optimize model performance
• Present findings in a clear and actionable way
• Stay updated with latest trends in data science and AI

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science or related field
• Strong command of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid understanding of statistics and data analysis
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication skills (must-have)
