Lead Conversion Executive

Description:

Powerhouse Express is looking for a commercially driven B2B Sales & Lead Conversion Executive to develop new business opportunities and manage the complete sales journey.

This role is about more than generating leads.

You should be comfortable managing:

Leads → Follow-Ups → Quotations → Negotiation → Conversion → Revenue

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify B2B leads

- Prepare quotations and maintain structured follow-ups

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions

- Negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities

- Develop corporate and project-based accounts

- Coordinate internally for pricing, availability, and order execution

- Build repeat business and support revenue growth
