Lead Angular Developer

Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Angular Developer. The Lead Angular Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing user interface components for JavaScript-based web applications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to improve applications, ensuring high performance of applications, writing tested and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as working with Redux for state management.

WHO ARE YOU

Angular11+/JS developer having experience with WebSocket based implementations

10+ years of experience developing large, complex software projects

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or a related technical field

Solid Understanding and experience with Javascript fundamentals

Proficient with Angular and NodeJS

Experience with source control – Github or equivalent

Familiarity with unit test and e2e testing frameworks

Comfortable with server-side rendering concept

Experience with SaaS, RESTful API and headless CMS integrations

Experience working in Agile environment closely with Backend Developers, Tech Lead and PO

Ability to solve and deal with unknowns

Strong collaboration skills, teamwork

Understand business requirements and translate them into software

Strong communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people

Understand the importance of building best-in-class experience in quality, page speed and accessibility

Operates with minimal supervision and performs moderate to difficult technical tasks independently

YOU WILL

Work on component creation and maintenance

Perform periodic code improvements and refactoring

Perform major Angular updates on the repository and sanity checks.

Code reviews for pull requests on the design-system repo

Ensure high code quality through automated unit and functional testing

Create and review code design and architecture to ensure it can meet our requirements

Work with a team that practices agile product and software development

Design and recommend solutions to challenging problems

Prepare documentation as needed

Collaborate with internal partners and product owners to discuss their product needs and propose solutions
