Lead Ai/ml Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer to be part of NLP team. You will be responsible for creating and improving models for image recognition, voice recognition and natural language processing. You should be a problem-solver seeking to resolve real-world problems using applied sciences, deep-learning and machine-learning algorithms, and engineering concepts. You will develop an end-to-end pipeline and metrics for fast model evaluation and iterations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead all processes of building and testing predictive models and algorithms using tools such as Python, SQL, and other data analysis software.

- Perform video analytics to detect, track, and classify details or conflict in streaming videos.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and business analysts to develop solutions to complex business problems.

- Analyzing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability

- Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools.

- Develop machine learning applications according to requirements.

Qualifications:

- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

- Minimum 4+ years of industry experience in Modeling/Prototyping, Predictive Analysis, Artificial Neural Networks, Machine Learning & DEEP Learning, NLP

- Familiarity with Numpy, Pandas, Keras, Matplotlib, Skimage, OpenCV

- Industry experience with image processing using Deep Learning (semantic segmentation, object detection, classification)

- Experiences in training and evaluating neural networks.

- Solid computer vision background and familiar with fundamental recognition tasks like classification, detection, segmentation, etc.

- Strong coding skills in python.

- Experience in visualizing data and results

- Creativity and curiosity for solving highly complex problems.

- Salary : Upto 450 K
- Location: Johar Town Lahore
- Timings: 3 pm - 12 am
- working days : Monday - Friday
