What you'll own

AI Roadmap Execution: Build and ship our 12–18 month AI strategy. Prioritize which LLMs, ML models, and GenAI tools drive the most business value.

Cross-team Leadership: Guide engineering, product, and operations in deploying AI. Translate technical possibilities into business outcomes that stakeholders understand and act on.

Use Case Discovery: Spot high-impact AI opportunities across the business. Run experiments, validate assumptions, and build the business case for scaled deployment.

Responsible AI Governance: Embed ethical AI practices into our culture and processes. Set standards for bias detection, safety, and transparency from day one.

The Bridge: Speak both languages—technical and business. Your storytelling and influence turn AI insights into decisions.

What you bring

Track record in AI/ML strategy: 5+ years shipping AI or ML projects in production. You've defined strategy and seen it scale. Bonus: you've navigated early-stage chaos and high growth.

Technical depth + business fluency: You code or deeply understand LLM APIs, RAG, fine-tuning, and modern ML frameworks. You also read P&Ls, calculate ROI, and speak to executives comfortably.
