Language Specialist

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with standard procedures.
• Collect, label, and process biological specimens (blood, urine, etc.) with precision and care.
• Conduct manual chemistry techniques and ensure accurate interpretation of test results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure calibration and troubleshooting when required.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including test records and reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory of lab supplies and request replenishment as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures in the lab environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BS MLT) or a Diploma in MLT from a recognized institute.
• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge and experience in manual chemistry techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with standard lab equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
