Description:
As a Lab Technician at Sehat Medical Devices, you will be responsible for performing chemical and microbiological testing on syringes to ensure sterility. Additionally, you will play a key role in monitoring our facilitiy to ensure they operate under their designated clean room classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct chemical and microbiological testing on syringes to ensure sterility and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct Endotoxin, LAL, Microbial growth testing
- Perform environmental monitoring to ensure that our facilities in Lahore adhere to their designated clean room classes.
- Maintain accurate records of testing results and other relevant data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality-related issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or a related field).
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment.
- Knowledge of chemical and microbiological testing methods and quality control procedures
- Experience with using and maintaining lab equipment
- Understanding of clean room classifications and environmental monitoring.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and safety.
