Job Summary

We are looking for a Lab Assistant (Textile Chemicals) to support dyeing and finishing laboratory operations, assist in shade matching, and conduct application trials for textile processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dye matching and shade development as per requirements
• Conduct application trials, including padding methods
• Carry out lab dyeing through exhaust and continuous processes
• Prepare and test samples accurately
• Maintain laboratory equipment, chemicals, and records
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and protocols

Requirements

✔ Graduation (Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred)
✔ Knowledge of dye matching and shade development
✔ Familiarity with application padding, exhaust, and continuous dyeing processes
✔ Strong attention to detail and color sense
✔ Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn
