Job Title: L2 Support Specialist (Application)
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in data or technical support (preferably in SaaS platforms).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data troubleshooting.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar ticketing systems
- Willing to work on rotational shifts as per project needs
Solid understanding of supply chain management concepts.
- Experience with customer support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, HappyFox, etc.)
