EDUCATION

• Minimum Bachelors, preferably MBA (Marketing or Supply Chain)

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in similar role

• Expertise in Freight Forwarding products and pricing

• Effective communication skills

• Collaborative

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To achieve assigned sales targets in Freight Forwarding products

• Comprehensive local market

• Handle sales along with Service teams

• Achieve recovery targets for key accounts assigned and developed

• Must be able to pursue and bring in new business with excellent follow up skills

• Manage and handle

profitability & yield management

• Make liaison with different agents for pricing and negotiations etc.

• Follow up with the existing customers, perform sales support role, system knowledge, communication with customers and counterparts.
