Key Accounts Manager - North

 

Description:

To achieve success, it is critical that the Key Accounts Manager (KAM):

  • 1.Own and deliver Sales Targets for their relevant Key Accounts

    2.Liaison with Key Accounts and Perfect Stores Manager for efficient and timely execution of Perfect Stores and JBPs

    3.Ensure JBPs are executed in store and all respective KPIs are met by recruited Perfect Stores in their jurisdictions

    4.Liaison with distributors to ensure stocks availability and invoicing to customers on time

    5.Lead respective teams of Key Accounts Reps to ensure that Brand Wise, SKU Wise and Account Wise Targets are cascaded to them and are being adhered to with 100% achievement

    6.Ensure Key Account Reps are using TRAX as communicated so that all Perfect Stores KPIs are met, recorded and reported on time

    7.Travel and Extensive Field Visits to capture potential and opportunity
