Location: Karachi

We’re looking for a results-driven and relationship-focused Key Accounts Manager to join our team in Karachi. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing strategic accounts, driving growth, and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with key clients and strategic accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Identify growth opportunities, upselling and cross-selling where relevant
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver on client needs
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and track KPIs
• Resolve client issues proactively and ensure smooth execution of deliverables

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in key account management, sales, or client servicing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
• Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and results
• Experience in FMCG, retail, beauty, or consumer brands is a plus
