Key Account Specialist

 

Description:


As a Key Account Specialist, you will be an integral part of our sales department to expand our B2B debit and Credit account base and ensure regular revenue generation from the same. Reporting to the Regional General Manager. Your primary role will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing key clients in the territory. You will act as the main point of contact and oversee the accounts' success by ensuring client satisfaction, maximizing sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
• Develop active agent base for both Debit and Credit Accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure their retention and satisfaction.
• Understand client needs and objectives and develop strategies to meet them.
• Identify potential new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on account status and sales metrics.
• Resolve issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Essential Requirements;
Education: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.

Experience
• More than 2 years in an account management or sales role.
• Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets in Travel Agency B2B platform.
Knowledge
• Strong understanding of sales and distribution principles in Airline Distribution.
• Familiarity with CRM software and account management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
