Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead and manage LMT (Local Modern Trade) and IMT (International Modern Trade) channels across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong business relationships with key retail and trade partners, and leading the execution of nationwide sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement national sales strategies for LMT/IMT channels.
· Lead account management activities with key retailers, hypermarkets, and trade partners.
· Negotiate annual business agreements, trade terms, and promotional plans.
· Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
· Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
· Manage and mentor regional sales teams for performance excellence.
· Ensure visibility, availability, and execution of brand initiatives nationwide.
Eligibility Requirements:
· Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 5–8 years of proven experience in Key Account Management / Modern Trade Sales, preferably in Lubricants, Chemicals, FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods sectors.
· Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
· Willingness to travel across Pakistan as required.
