🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for UPS, AVR, and Batteries across the Central Region.
Build and nurture long-term B2B client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs and deliver tailored power backup solutions.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
Prepare and present competitive quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery and client success.
🎯 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
4-6 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the UPS, AVR, and Batteries sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a growth mindset.
