Description:

  • Achieving monthly, quarterly & Annual Sales Targets and Visibility KPIs.
  • Review the business as an On-going basis and presenting monthly plans and Business review.
  • Managing Sales orders, deliveries & receiving at stores and their respective DCs/WHs
  • Synchronized Trade Marketing strategy with Sales to Create Sales Pull, in LMTs.
  • Effectively launching the NPDS, deploying POSM.
  • Managing & Signing Contracts and implementing them to derive B.I.C execution on the primary display whereas grasping Secondary displays to ensure Promotional sales.
  • Maintaining shelf standards i.e. SOS, Placement, implementing planogram, and Brand Positioning on Shelf as per Trade Marketing Guidelines.
  • Retail Stores Audits for Perfect stores compliance to ensure the maximum availability visibility & profitability in each category.
