Description:
We are hiring a Junior Video Editor to support the production of short-form and long-form video content across social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, fast, and eager to improve their editing craft while working with a creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and basic long-form content (YouTube, case studies).
- Create clean, engaging cuts with strong pacing, storytelling, and flow.
- Add captions/subtitles, basic motion graphics, and simple animations (lower thirds, callouts, transitions).
- Sync footage to audio, music, voiceovers, and sound effects.
- Apply basic color correction and audio cleanup to meet publishing standards.
- Follow brand guidelines and replicate reference edits accurately.
- Export videos in correct formats/aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) with platform-safe settings.
- Organize project files, manage versions, and keep timelines clean.
- Implement feedback quickly and deliver revisions on time.
Requirements
- 0–1 years of video editing experience (internships/freelance work counts).
- Working knowledge of at least one editing tool: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, In Shot.
