We’re not looking for magicians — just motivated individuals who can communicate clearly, write smart proposals, and follow up effectively. This is an onsite role with real learning opportunities and direct guidance under a high-performing sales executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and apply to relevant jobs on Upwork or similar platforms

  • Write compelling and customized proposals that stand out to potential clients

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to convert them into clients

  • Communicate professionally with clients through chat and messages

  • Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services

  • Learn from senior team members and adapt strategies accordingly

  • Keep records of bids, proposals, responses, and outcomes


Requirements:

  • 3–6 months of bidding experience on Upwork or any freelance platform

  • Strong command over English writing and communication, especially chat-based interaction

  • Basic knowledge of web development or mobile apps

  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset and team spirit

  • Desire to grow in a fast-paced sales environment
