Description:
- E2E responsibility of the site (Site Acquisition, Commercial Power, NOC, Site Construction, Acceptance)
- Negotiate lease acquisitions and lease amendments required for telecommunications installations.
- Desktop analysis on nominals shared by the customer.
- Preparation of Progress reports and other related reports as per requirement
- Quality control, data entry and tracking of Site Candidate Packages, tower lease and amendments and other Site Acquisition documentation.
- Strong Knowledge of Telecom site acquisition and civil
- Vendor management
- Understanding of design / strong grip on reading DEDs.
- Preparation of Documentations SOWs, BOQs, rough cost estimations
- Supervision of on-site activities, kick-off, concrete activities.
- Knowledge of EHS implementation on site.
- Strong communication verbal and written skills.
- Team player, long Travelling.
- Basic knowledge of power deployment.
- Conducting trainings of the vendors as per policy and work requirement
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Graduation BBA/BSC in civil from reputable educational institution.
- Must possess at least 07-08 years of relevant working experience.
- Basic Knowledge of Real Estate fundamentals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Public speaking and presentation skills preferred.
