Junior Sales Executive

Mars TechTier is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team and help convert inbound leads into clients for our digital services.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sales or lead conversion, be comfortable speaking with business owners, and have familiarity with Meta (Facebook Ads) leads and the Bark platform. A basic understanding of logo design, website development, SEO, or digital marketing services will be a strong advantage.

Our agency provides logo design, website development, branding, SEO, and digital marketing services, and we’re looking for someone who can confidently engage prospects, manage leads, and help close deals.

* Respond to and follow up with inbound leads

 • Conduct discovery calls with potential clients

 • Present and sell services such as logo design, website development, SEO, and digital marketing

 • Manage leads coming from Meta (Facebook Ads) and Bark

 • Track conversations and update lead status in CRM
