Junior Sales Executive

Description:

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Executive (IT Sales) who is confident, tech-savvy, and passionate about the IT industry. The ideal candidate will assist in generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting Synocodex’s digital and software services.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and development teams to present tailored solutions, follow up on leads, and help close deals that drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other digital platforms.
• Present Synocodex’s IT solutions including Web/App Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing services.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Maintain client relationships and follow up on ongoing leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (preferred).
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or IT-related roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and result-driven attitude.
