Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed & other recruitment platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to meet monthly hiring targets
✔️ Must be proactive, organized, and target-oriented
Responsibilities:
• Source and shortlist qualified healthcare candidates
• Conduct initial screening and interviews
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
• Maintain recruitment pipeline and follow-ups
