Junior Project Coordinator

Description:

IdeasUnlimited, a global BPO company based in the US, is hiring a Junior Project Coordinator from Pakistan for a long-term, stable, and remote career opportunity. The role involves project tracking, client and worker management, training facilitation, and quality assurance. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist project management team with project tracking, monitoring, and performance management.
✔ Manage client and worker relationships effectively.
✔ Facilitate and conduct training sessions for project teams.
✔ Oversee feedback management and project documentation.
✔ Handle software set-ups and troubleshooting.
✔ Maintain and organize project records and documents.
✔ Perform quality assurance tasks (optional but preferred).

Requirements:

✔ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Communication, or Business.
✔ Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
✔ Familiarity with call centers or staffing industry terminologies.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Work Requirements:

✔ Quiet workspace for remote work.
✔ Stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps).
✔ Noise-canceling headset with microphone.
✔ Reliable computer (minimum 8GB RAM).
✔ Power and internet backup setup.

Work Schedule:

📅 Monday to Friday
🕕 6 PM – 2 AM PST (1-hour break included)
