Junior Product & Website Operations Coordinator

Description:

The Product & Website Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing product data, website updates, and supporting R&D activities through accurate system maintenance and competitor research. This role ensures product information is up to date, competitive, and aligned with company standards to strengthen overall market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Update projects on the company website and internal systems.
• Add and maintain inventory and stock data in the system.
• Review and monitor the website regularly to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Conduct competitor product comparisons for R&D insights.
• Upload new products and remove outdated/discontinued items from the website.
• Research product competitiveness, pricing trends, and feature analysis.
• Coordinate with R&D, IT, and marketing teams for smooth execution of tasks.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for updates and research findings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in website handling, operations coordination, or R&D support roles.
• Familiarity with product research, competitor analysis, and online catalog management.
