Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Process Engineer at Sehat Medical Devices, you will play a critical role in the design, optimization, and management of our manufacturing processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our engineering and production teams to develop and improve manufacturing processes
- Conduct analysis and troubleshooting of existing processes to identify areas for optimization
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes meet regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for process enhancements
- Participate in process validation and verification activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and changes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process engineering
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of injection molding processes is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiency in excel is mandatory
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
