Key Responsibilities:
✅ Customize and develop Odoo modules to meet specific business needs.
✅ Collaborate with developers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
✅ Integrate Odoo with third-party applications to enhance business operations.
✅ Ensure seamless collaboration between Odoo and other internal systems.
✅ Design, implement, and manage databases within the Odoo framework.
✅ Troubleshoot and optimize database performance.
✅ Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure software reliability.
✅ Create and maintain technical documentation for developed modules and customizations.
✅ Provide training materials and support documentation for end-users.
✅ Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
✅ Stay updated on Odoo developments and assist in upgrades and migrations.

Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
🔹 Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
🔹 Proficient in Python and JavaScript.
🔹 Solid understanding of the Odoo framework and module development.
🔹 Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, XML, JSON.
🔹 Expertise in PostgreSQL database management.
🔹 Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
🔹 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements.
🔹 Functional analysis expertise — ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into Odoo solutions.
