As a Junior Odoo Developer at CrecenTech, you’ll play a crucial role in customizing and developing Odoo modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth system integration to deliver high-quality solutions that power our innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:
🛠️ Customize and develop Odoo modules to align with specific business requirements.
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, functional analysts, and business analysts to deliver comprehensive solutions.
🔗 Integrate Odoo with third-party applications to ensure seamless business processes.
⚙️ Ensure effective collaboration between Odoo and other organizational systems.
🗃️ Design, implement, and manage databases within the Odoo framework (PostgreSQL).
📊 Troubleshoot and optimize database performance.
🔍 Conduct thorough unit and integration testing for developed modules.
🐞 Identify and resolve software bugs by working closely with QA teams.
📚 Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations.
📖 Develop training materials and support documentation for end-users.
🔄 Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
📈 Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments and assist in version upgrades and system migrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
✅ Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a demonstrable portfolio.
✅ Proficient in Python and JavaScript.
✅ Strong knowledge of the Odoo framework and module development.
✅ Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON).
✅ Database expertise, particularly with PostgreSQL.
✅ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Ability to work independently and within teams in fast-paced environments.
✅ Familiarity with functional analysis — gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable Odoo solutions.
✅ Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with industry trends.
