Responsibilities:

• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with the creative team for ad content and visuals.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of audience segmentation and ad objectives.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
