This full-time, on-site role is based in Lahore, and the Upwork Sales Executive will strategize and implement business development tactics on the Upwork platform. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, managing bids, creating proposals, and nurturing professional relationships for long-term partnerships. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research to explore growth opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting sales targets by contributing to company revenue growth through Upwork platform engagements.

Qualifications

 

  • Experience with Linkedin Lead gen, project proposals, and client engagement
  • Proficiency in creating effective sales strategies and market research analysis
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • CRM Knowledge is must.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and understanding of international client handling
  • Knowledge of the IT services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
