Job Responsibility:

• The Junior IT Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and taking calls professionally and confidently.

• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and responding to calls.

• Manage outbound calls promptly.

• Identify the customer needs on call.

Job Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, and with a good accent.

• Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Prior experience in a similar campaign is a plus (Fresh Candidates can also apply)

• The candidate should be punctual and responsible with a positive attitude.

• Must have basic computer knowledge.
