Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, network devices, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, connectivity, and system-related problems
• Assist in managing LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability
• Support user account management, email configurations, and access controls
• Maintain IT inventory, network documentation, and system records
• Coordinate with vendors and senior IT team members when required
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 4 years of proven experience in IT Networking and Support
✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
✔ Strong understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security
✔ Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting
✔ Knowledge of Cisco technologies (CCNA/CCNP certification will be an added advantage)
✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
