Junior Graphic Designer

Description:

Xi Hawks is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a creative mindset and a passion for visual storytelling to join its team. As a Junior Designer, you will help craft engaging, on-brand visuals for a variety of platforms including social media, websites, advertising, and presentations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their design career looking to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Support the senior design team in brainstorming and executing creative visual concepts.

• Assist in creating cohesive visuals for email campaigns, branding initiatives, and print materials.

• Ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints and platforms.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to align visuals with project goals.

• Incorporate feedback promptly to refine and improve designs.

• Stay current with evolving design tools, trends, and techniques.

Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual balance.

• Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field (students currently enrolled may also apply).

• A portfolio showcasing design work (academic or personal projects accepted).
