Junior Graphic Designer

Description:

Spark Scale, a growing digital marketing agency, is seeking a creative and proactive Junior Graphic Designer who can also support the marketing team with video editing and lead generation tasks. The role requires designing social media content, creating short-form videos, and assisting in generating leads through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media posts, ads, and basic branding assets.

• Create and edit short-form videos/reels for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

• Assist the marketing team in generating leads through online platforms (basic tools & training will be provided).

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

• Basic knowledge of video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).

• Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn, Facebook, or email marketing (a plus).

• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

• Team player with good communication skills.

Bonus (Not Required, but a Plus):

• Experience with social media management.

• Understanding of digital marketing basics.
