Description:
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Junior Executive - Assets and Community Management role in our Strategy & Planning department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our client’s presence on all owned channels, including websites and social media. We are looking for an individual who will be our client’s brand custodian online.
Key Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be able to set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
- Publishing and reporting engaging text, image, and video content for all social media accounts and websites.
- Keeping a critical eye and reporting customer comments and sentiments.
- Keeping in constant coordination with the relevant department Heads, Managers, or their teams as per the requirements of the tasks
- Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors (in regions relevant to the business).
- Assist with other external and internal communications duties as needed.
- Monitoring monthly marketing campaign reporting, providing feedback, and suggesting marketing and branding content strategies.
- Coordinating with the Account and Project Managers regularly to stay on top of the recent projects and content worth publishing.
- Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews
- Be able to use the latest marketing tools and techniques, such as Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Assisting with any branding/ strategy updates for the business
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and technology trends
- Keep track of and report daily social media trends and fads
Qualities and Characteristics:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media/Social Sciences, Business, Advertising, or related fields from reputable institutions is preferred.
- At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the digital marketing agency
- Excellent communication and social media skills.
