Junior Executive Merschandiser

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role in Karachi for a Junior Executive Merchandiser. The Junior Executive Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with customers and production, managing inventory, tracking orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards. They will also assist in the development of new products, conduct market research, and prepare reports for the management.

Experience: 2-4 Years of relevant experience of manufacturing sector preferable Leather industry

Education: Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree related field

Main Job Responsibilities

· Act as the primary point of communication for customers, addressing their queries and providing timely updates.

· Follow up closely with the production department to ensure timely order completion and maintain quality standard.

· Coordinate with the department to ensure all shipping and documentation requirements are met as per the requirements.

· Manage order execution from development to shipment by communicating with clients in a professional manner.

· Maintain strong follow-ups with all stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and issues are resolved proactively.

· Maintain rigorous follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met and issues are resolved.

· Any other task assigns by the manager

Requirements:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.

· Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as merchandiser or sales role, preferably in leather manufacturing

· Ability to manage timelines and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Communication and email drafting skills are essential.

· Proficient knowledge of MS office
