Junior Devops Engineer

Description:

- Coordinate and streamline software development via DevOps practices.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate workflows, and ensure seamless collaboration between development and operations teams.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system scalability and cost-efficiency.
- Drive adoption of DevOps tools and practices across teams.

Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
DevOps Expertise: Proven experience implementing and managing DevOps practices, with a focus on CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines).
Automation & Security: Skilled in automating processes, enhancing security, and optimizing cloud-based environments for scalability and cost-efficiency.
Technical Proficiency:
- Containerization: Expertise in Docker.
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Configuration Management: Familiarity with tools like Ansible or Puppet.
- Version Control: Proficient in Git and repository management.
- Scripting: Strong skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
Problem-Solving & Optimization: Analytical skills to troubleshoot, analyze performance, and optimize workflows.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and fostering DevOps culture.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and implement incident response strategies.
