Junior Customer Sales Executive

Description:

Axiom World is seeking Junior Customer Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team! This is a full-cycle, high-energy sales role involving cold calling, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in high-volume cold calling and prospect new business opportunities.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
• Conduct product demos and align solutions to clients’ business needs.
• Educate decision-makers about Drug Test Bulk services.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently achieve daily KPIs and monthly quotas.
• Contribute to team success by consistently forecasting revenue.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of outbound/inbound sales experience, preferably dealing with international clients (US/Canada/UK).
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle objections.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Dialers, MS Office tools, and general tech aptitude preferred.
