What you'll do:

• Handle high-intent Final Expense leads
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Present policies clearly and professionally
• Build trust and handle objections with confidence
• Drive qualified conversations toward successful enrollment
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Work with leadership to improve scripts, strategy, and conversion

What we're looking for:

• 2–3 years in Final Expense, Life Insurance, US Sales, or high-ticket closing
• Proven closing track record and target achievement
• Strong spoken English and professional communication
• Excellent objection-handling and consultative selling skills
• Experience with CRM, dialers, and sales workflows
• Self-driven, disciplined, and performance-focused
