Junior Business Intelligence Developer

Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior BI (Business Intelligence) Developer to join our growing team. This role will involve working with data analysis tools, creating reports and dashboards, and supporting the team in ensuring effective data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of DAX, Excel, Power BI Service, data connections, and macros.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards using DAX and other BI tools.
• Manage and create complex Excel models and macros to facilitate data analysis and reporting.
• Integrate various data sources into Power BI for seamless reporting and visualization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy, data connections, and performance in BI solutions.
• Assist in implementing best practices for data governance, security, and optimization within Power BI.
• Continuously enhance existing BI solutions based on evolving business needs and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in BI development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Xlookup, etc.).
• Experience working with Power BI Service and data connections.
• Knowledge of macros and automation in Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
