Junior Business Developer

Iyrix Tech is seeking 2 energetic and highly motivated Junior Business Developers to join their growing team in Lahore. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are looking to launch their careers in business development and sales within the tech industry.

As a Junior Business Developer, you will play a key role in supporting lead generation efforts and client outreach initiatives. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, executing cold email campaigns, setting appointments, and preparing sales proposals. You will also assist in maintaining CRM records and contribute fresh ideas to improve outreach strategies.

This role is perfect for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. A background or understanding of cold outreach, sales funnels, and digital communication tools will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and generating new leads

• Support cold emailing and outreach efforts

• Research potential clients and industry decision-makers

• Help prepare and deliver sales materials and proposals

• Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking

• Participate in team meetings and brainstorm strategies

• Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements:

• 0–6 months of experience in sales, marketing, or business development

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic knowledge of outreach tools and techniques (a plus)

• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow professionally

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, HubSpot, or Google Sheets (bonus)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
