Creative Code Tech, a growing technology solutions provider based in Valencia Town, Lahore, is seeking a Junior Business Developer who is passionate about sales, client relations, and IT-driven business growth. As a Junior Business Developer, you will play an integral role in generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and assisting in expanding our presence in staff augmentation and project outsourcing domains. You’ll work closely with internal teams to present technical solutions that meet client needs and ensure successful business engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients for staff augmentation and outsourced project opportunities.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with technical teams to understand service offerings and create tailored proposals.

• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations under guidance.

• Maintain CRM systems, sales reports, and update business development documentation.

• Support the team in preparing business development materials, pitch decks, and follow-up emails.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in staff augmentation or IT project outsourcing is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, persuasive attitude.

• Must be available to work onsite from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

• Passion for tech-driven solutions and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
