Junior Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining backend systems using PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.

• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.

• Collaborate with frontend developers to implement application features.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.

• Maintain and improve database schemas and queries.

• Follow software development best practices and ensure security.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 06+ months of experience in backend development using PHP.

• Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of one or more PHP frameworks (Laravel preferred).

  • Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

  • Understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful API development.

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Good problem-solving skills and a strong eagerness to learn.

  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to authentication and authorization methods (JWT, OAuth).

• Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger or Postman.

• Familiarity with Docker, Composer, or CI/CD tools.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks (PHPUnit).
