Junior Associate

We are currently seeking a talented Junior Associate to join our team and take charge of our social media presence, branding efforts, and graphic design tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for media, branding, and design, along with a desire to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

· Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

· Design graphics, infographics, and other visual elements using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

· Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

· Monitor social media analytics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Create and maintain a content calendar for social media posts and campaigns.

· Assist in creating Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) for engineering projects as needed.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.

· 0-1 years of experience in social media management, branding, or graphic design.

· Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Knowledge of engineering concepts or willingness to learn about P&ID creation.
