You might have 6–12 months of Amazon Advertising experience, maybe as a freelancer or at another agency. But what sets you apart isn’t your experience it’s how your brain works. You’re the type of person who:

• Plays chess, not checkers. You think three moves ahead. Whether it’s a board game, a video game, or an ad campaign: you’re always mapping out the meta-game, not just reacting to what’s in front of you.

• Gets obsessed with “why.” When a campaign spikes or tanks, you don’t just note it. You dig until you understand the mechanics behind it. You want to know what lever moved and why.

• Sees patterns others miss. A spreadsheet isn’t just data to you. It’s a puzzle. You naturally spot the anomalies, the connections, the opportunities hiding in plain sight.

• Learns like it’s a sport. You consume knowledge voraciously. You don’t wait to be taught, you teach yourself, and then you look for what’s next.

• Wants to build, not just execute. You’re not here to just push buttons and run reports. You want to understand the system deeply enough to eventually improve it.

• Lives inside spreadsheets and loves it. You’re the person who opens a messy dataset and feels excitement, not dread. Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, conditional formatting: these aren’t chores for you, they’re tools for discovery. You genuinely enjoy the process of turning raw numbers into insight.
