Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update bookkeeping and financial records for US clients.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation under supervision.
- Communicate with US clients via email and chat for financial clarifications.
- Support accounting and BPO back-office operations.
- Prepare and maintain reports as per given instructions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic understanding of US Accounting and Bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave, or Zoho Books.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical mindset.
