Jr. Project Coordinator

Description:

Linkitsoft is hiring for the position of 𝐉𝐫. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫.

The 𝐉𝐫. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 will be responsible for coordinating Agile PMO functions and serving as a critical interface between technical Product Delivery Teams and business operations. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills, reporting capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced software development environment.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Creating reports and dashboards and must be proficient across MS Office particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in addition to Power BI
• Communicating with international clients, particularly from the US and Canada
• Reporting to the Head of Operations & PMO and participating in resource planning, performance management and reporting, risk and issue management, and value management
• Acting as the business interface for Project Intake and prioritization as the first point of contact
• Administering PM tools including Jira and Confluence while ensuring organizational adherence to processes and workflows
• Building productive cross-functional relationships through excellent communication and coordination

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Technical Discipline
• 1+ years of experience in Project Delivery or Software Development environments
• Knowledge of Jira, Asana, and Azure DevOps administration
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Eagerness to take on new challenges and grow within the organization
