Lumina CnC is expanding its team and looking for a Jr. Marketing / Social Media Manager to manage and grow its digital presence. The ideal candidate will handle social media accounts, run digital ad campaigns, track engagement metrics, and assist in executing marketing strategies. Social Media Management:
📱 Manage and update Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business accounts.
📅 Post daily content (images, videos, stories) and engage with the audience.
💬 Respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
🎨 Assist with content creation to ensure brand consistency.
Marketing & Sales Growth:
📢 Plan and execute small ad campaigns (Meta & Google Ads).
📊 Assist in implementing marketing strategies & promotional campaigns.
🎯 Develop discount campaigns & promotional offers to boost sales.
Reporting & Data Tracking:
📈 Maintain weekly reports on ad spending & performance.
📊 Track top-performing posts and products to optimize future content.
📉 Work on improving engagement and increasing sales through insights.
✔️ Minimum Graduation in a related field (Marketing, Business, or similar).
✔️ Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop).
✔️ Good Urdu & English writing skills (for captions & ad content).
✔️ Experience in running paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google Ads).
✔️ Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is required.
